Keep Your Accout Active
Keep your account balance topped up to avoid service interruption and to keep your Go Smart phone number. You must add a minimum of $2 every 60 days to your account, even if you have a balance to keep your account active. Reactivation fees may apply. You must maintain at least a $1 balance to make phone calls. If your balance drops below $1, you will not be able to make phone calls. Initial top up of $24.95 required.

Expiration
Balance expires at end of 60 days when not topped up and account balance goes to zero, account may be deactivated at any time thereafter.
Duration
Account value is good for 60 days from last account top up ($2 min).
Rollover
Account balance always rolls over if service is kept current (i.e. top up requirement is met).
Changing Plans
Account may be converted to the Nights & Weekends Plan whenever requested with current balance rolled into new plan. Change to account is made immediately. This is a non-contiguous service event and a change fee of $5 applies.
**Nights & Weekends Plan Terms
Airtime and/or other additional charges may apply. Prices exclude applicable taxes, regulatory and other fees. The $49.95 premium is applied toward nights & weekends usage 9pm-7am Monday–Friday. To speak during peak minutes (see peak times below) a balance must be maintained. If your balance remains at zero for 14 days you will automatically be moved to the Flat Rate plan. Keep your account balance topped up to avoid service interruption. You must maintain at least a $1 balance to make phone calls. If your balance drops below $1, you will not be able to make phone calls.
Nights and Weekends
Nights are 9pm to 7am, Monday-Thursday. Weekends start at 9pm on Friday and end at 7am Monday.
Peak Minutes
Peak minutes are 7am to 9pm, Monday - Friday. Nights & Weekends Plan customers must maintain an adequate daily account balance.

Duration
Accounts renewed every day will remain active unless balance falls below amount of decrement.
Rollover
Account balance remains until used by daily decrement or minute use rate.

Canadian Calling
Calls to Canada are .25/min plus regular airtime rates. Airtime rates are specific to the plan you have selected. You must maintain a minimum balance of $25 to make calls to Canada. If your balance drops below $25, only domestic calls will be permitted.
